This places that number of items into your 'shopping

wish to purchase. When you are finished shopping

web site. To use your PayPal account please
contact us so that we may issue you a PayPal

Making Purchases Via Mail
We will
accept orders and payments via mail if you send
a U.S. Postal Service money order or other certified
money order. To order by mail, simply print
the order form with your shopping cart contents
from the order confirmation page and complete
the necessary fields, then mail the form to

Return
/ Refund Policy
We pride
ourselves in the professional operation of our
business. There are instances though when a
client is not satisfied with a product for some
reason or an item arrives damaged. In these
rare instances we will do our absolute best
to remedy the situation by offering our clients
a 3 day - no questions asked - return option.
If your item arrives damaged or if you are dissatisfied
with your item please contact
us and we will give you instructions on
how to return your item for full STORE CREDIT.
*Note - this policy does not apply to shipping
fees, which are non-refundable for any reason.
All
refunds issued will be for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We offer no cash refunds or credits to accounts
for any reason. Any returned merchandise
will be issued store credit for the total amount
of the returned merchandise only, shipping fees
are non-refundable. There are no exceptions
to these policies.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before
it is shipped and is packed with extra care.
If merchandise is defective or damaged upon
receipt please Contact
Us immediately after your package arrives
for a return authorization (RMA) claim number.
All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt
of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded
under any condition. Returned products must
be in absolutely new and unused condition for
refund for store credit or exchange.
Shipping
Information
All purchases
made from RoyalEggs.com are processed for shipment
from our facility within 72 hours of receipt
of payment.
Once processed
the items will be shipped via UPS Ground Service
which takes from 3 - 6 business days from the
date they are picked up. UPS does not pick up
on weekends or holidays.
If you require
faster shipping go ahead and complete your order
as usual but include a comment in the space
provided during checkout stating the date you
wish to receive the order by. We will charge
you accordingly and expedite both the processing
and shipping. Fees for this type of shipping
vary depending on weight and location, they
can range from $5.25 - $25.95 in addition to
standard shipping fees. You may also contact
us for expeditied shipping costs and procedures.
We pride
ourselves on speedy order processing and shipping.
In the rare case that your item is back-ordered
or out of stock you will be notified and your
order will either be shipped and the out of
stock item will be shipped later OR if the item
is expected within 7 days we will wait until
your entire order is ready and ship the items
together. Either way you will only pay a single
shipping fee.
Shipping charges are calculated based on a system
that factors in the quantity of items and/or
the total purchase price of your order. Our
shipping fees range from a minimum of $5.95
to a maximum of $24.95. Every item is shipped
via standard ground service and is insured for
the purchase value of the item.
*Please note - orders placed on weekends and
holidays will be shipped in the order they are
received. Holiday periods and certain other
heavy mail times may delay orders. Please order
early around the holidays.
